Thanks to the dedicated United Methodist Women's team called Key Women, United Methodist Neighborhood Centers (UMNC) of Memphis was able to perform a major 2018 Thanksgiving hunger ministry.
Utilizing our partnerships with churches and missions, well over 1,000 persons received food baskets or Wednesday lunch or $25 gift cards allowing choice of groceries by each family.
Our generous Key Women made this possible even in the midst of UMNC's complex relocation of its Miriam Child Development Center to a new location at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church.
Consider doing your Christmas shopping with the Memphis Conference Alternative Christmas Gift Catalog that includes gifts to UMNC.
