Hannah's Hope offers reward to 'top 3' giving churches (by Nov. 1) in 'Partners of Hope' campaign

By Rev. Trina Morrison, Executive Director of Hannah's Hope

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we live our lives, but it has not changed the mission of Hannah’s Hope. We continue to serve pregnant women in crisis and their vulnerable children. Now more than ever we need the support of congregations, United Methodist Women (UMW) circles, small groups and Sunday School classes to sustain the ministry of Hannah’s Hope. Can you become a Partner of Hope?

HANNAH’S HOPE needs a foundation of Partners of Hope who will commit to raising $5000 (or another amount suitable for your group) to sustain this ministry. Church communities have been an active participant in our Baby Bottles of Hope campaign in the past, and we are hopeful you will partner with us in this new way during this time of COVID-19.

Since fundraising looks quite different in today’s world, our Board has worked to provide tried and true fundraising ideas that can be done safely during a pandemic. Click HERE to review this list of creative ideas. And, our staff and board members are committed to providing support and encouragement through phone calls and emails as you work to meet your goal by Adoption Sunday on Nov. 1, 2020.

As a way to celebrate the fundraising efforts of our Partners of Hope, we will be offering a special reward for our TOP 3 giving churches. The three churches that raise the most funds for Hannah’s Hope by Nov. 1 will receive a free Virtual Cooking Lesson with Chef Kelly English of Restaurant Iris and The Second Line of Memphis, Tennessee!
