As space remains available, April 30 is final deadline to request display space.
Feb. 15 is the deadline to submit the online “Early Registration Display Request Form” for display space at the 2018 Memphis Annual Conference, June 3-5 at the Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center in Paducah, KY.
The Early Registration opportunity is being offered because organizers anticipate a greater demand for tables in 2018 and space is limited at the Carson Center. Requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis after Feb. 15.
Display requests will be granted to churches and United Methodist organizations based on their affiliations with and support for the Memphis Conference, boards and agencies.
The online form includes space to describe how the agency or organization requesting display space supports the mission of the Memphis Conference: to discover, equip, connect and send lay and clergy leaders who shape congregations that offer Jesus Christ to a hurting world, one neighborhood at a time.
Exhibitors may set up displays on Sunday, June 3. Details with specific set-up times will be sent in the confirmation email after registration. Space assignments and map of the display areas will be sent to the contact person’s e-mail address by mid-May.
Tablecloths will not be provided.
