April 30 is deadline to submit online form to request display & exhibit space at 2017 Annual Conference

April 30 is the deadline to submit the online “Display Request Form” for exhibit and display space at the 2017 Memphis Annual Conference, June 4-6 at Collierville United Methodist Church (UMC) in Collierville, Tennessee.
A total of 45 tables and the Cokesbury Bookstore display will be located in the church’s gym.

Organizers anticipate a greater demand for tables in 2017 because literature will not be able to be distributed via "delegate bags" in 2017. To encourage "less paper," delegate bags are not being provided in 2017.

Display requests will be granted to churches and nonprofit organizations based on their affiliations with and support from Memphis Conference, boards and agencies. Requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The online form includes space to describe how the agency or organization requesting display space supports the mission of the Memphis Conference: to discover, equip, connect and send lay and clergy leaders who shape congregations that offer Jesus Christ to a hurting world, one neighborhood at a time.
Exhibitors may set up displays on Sunday, June 4. Susan Lawhon of Collierville UMC will send details with specific set-up times in the confirmation email after registration. Space assignments and map of the display areas will be sent to the contact person’s e-mail address by mid-May.

Tablecloths will not be provided.

For additional information before or during Annual Conference, contact Susan Lawhon, display coordinator, at 901-490-6651 or conferencedisplays@memphis-umc.org
