$4,500 was raised for Reelfoot Rural Ministries Sunday, March 22, at the Paducah District's 8th annual Music Fest.

Reelfoot Rural Ministries is an agency of the Memphis Conference (West Tennessee and Western Kentucky) of the United Methodist Church.

A mass choir of 120 voices from eight United Methodist churches in the Paducah District sang at Mayfield First UMC in Mayfield, Ky.

The cantata We Were There was performed by choirs and praise teams from Benton First UMC, Broadway UMC, Clinton First UMC, Concord UMC, Lone Oak UMC, Mayfield First UMC, Reidland UMC and Trinity (McCracken) UMC.

The mass choir was directed by Patty Fejes, choir director at Lone Oak UMC in Paducah, Ky.
