Festival of Wisdom and Grace
August 2-5, 2021
We are so excited about this year’s Festival of Wisdom and Grace coming up August 2-5, 2021 at Lake Junaluska! This is a conference for finding purpose and renewal in the second half of life.
This year’s conference theme, “Living Abundantly in the Second Half of Life” is based on John 10:10, I came that they may have life, and have it more abundantly.
Keynote speakers and a slate of workshop leaders will answer: How do we flourish as we age? How do we navigate transitions, live into our talents and passions, cultivate our relationship with Christ, engage topics that matter with courage and conviction, and care for our loved ones struggling with memory loss? In this conference, we’ll hear world-class speakers and leaders address these topics and more as we seek to live abundantly in the second half of life. Leadership includes, Retired Bishops Will Willimon and Ken Carder and Dr. Amy Hanson as keynote speakers for the weekend.
Registrants may choose four workshops and partake in a variety of optional activities. Participants can attend activities like an afternoon tea, a historical boat tour aboard the Cherokee IV, service projects and more! Special entertainment from King’s Cadence, a four man group of former Lake Junaluska Singers.
To register or for more information, call 800-222-4930 or visit our website at www.lakejunaluska.com/wisdom. We appreciate your help spreading the word about the festival to your friends, family and church members!
We look forward to welcoming you back to Lake Junaluska again soon.
Warm regards,
