Brick River Console

The Brick River Console provides access to the various components of the database.  Individual users are assigned to Groups according their informational needs.  For example, the "Leaders" group provides access to the contact information and enables Leaders to create lists according to a variety of search criteria.  These lists may then be used to send emails and newsletters, print mailing labels, create directories, etc. Additional features such as Registrations may be added as needed to specific Leaders or included in other group configuration as needed.

Leader access will enable you to:

  • Search and list churches and people according to a variety of criterion including local church, district and conference assignments, geographic location, church affiliation, clergy status, and more.
  • Read-only access prevents you from making any changes to the data, eliminating worry.  If you do identify needed changes, you can email them for verification and update so everyone's data is current.
  • Send newsletters or group information by email through the system, either by your selection or their subscription. This includes tracking of delivery, openings, click-throughs and other information.
  • Create and manage online registration forms and surveys, view and download registrant reports, and send emails through the system to registrants with links to their individual registration records so they can update information as needed.  This includes the ability to track and calculate registration payments received and amounts owed.
  • Download lists according to a variety of criteria for mailing labels, directories, and other purposes.
  • Read-only access to the data prevents you from making any changes to the data, eliminating worry.  If you do identify needed changes, you can email them for verification and update.

Each ministry in the conference is also provided a web page on the conference website through the Ministries section.  Visitors to these pages can be redirected to a more complete website if desired.  Please see the "Website Options" posting on our "Talking Tech" conference technology blog for info about developing a separate website.
